Will it fit?

It needs 174 × 101 cm of floor. At 73 cm high it goes under most windowsills. If it arrives assembled, its smallest side (73 cm) must pass your narrowest door: a standard UK internal door is 76 cm wide, which leaves only about 3 cm. Measure every door, turn and stair on the way in before you order.

No. It’s a fixed three-seat sofa.

How deep is the seat?

How do I clean it?

Do the cushions lose shape?

Feather-blend cushions need plumping; that’s normal and part of the soft feel.

Secure payment

Card payments are taken on Stripe’s secure hosted checkout page. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our site, and we never see or store them.

Changing your mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. We refund you within 14 days of getting it back, or of your proof that you have sent it, including the standard delivery charge you paid.

If something is faulty

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something arrives faulty or damaged, you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days. After that, we will repair or replace it, or refund you if that is not possible. We pay the return costs for faulty items. Contact us with photos as soon as you can.

Returns and refunds

Tell us you are cancelling by email or phone. Items should be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. Because of their size, most furniture returns are collected rather than posted back; we arrange this with you. If you change your mind, the return cost is yours to pay. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Smaller items are sent by courier and usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days; larger pieces usually take 7 to 14 working days. Large items are delivered by two people, to the room of your choice. The delivery cost is shown at checkout, before you pay.

Your statutory rights

Every product is covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing in our terms takes them away.
