On this site

There are no accounts and no analytics. Your basket stays in your own browser until you pay. When you track an order, the order number and the email address or postcode you type are only used to find that order. The contact form sends nothing: it prepares an email for you to send.

What we collect when you order

When you place an order or contact us: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and order details. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Why

To take and deliver your order, answer your questions and meet our legal duties (for example, accounting records). We do not sell your data. [TBC: retention periods]
