    No second appliance and no stacking: it washes up to 9 kg and dries up to 6 kg in the same drum.

    Moisture sensors adjust the drying so clothes aren’t over-dried. DryOnly dries hand-washed items without a wash cycle.

    FreshCare+ uses steam and gentle tumbling to limit odours for up to 6 hours after the wash, and creases for up to 6 hours after drying.

Will it fit?

It needs a space at least 60 cm wide, 55 cm deep and 86 cm high. Leave about 1 cm each side and 5 to 10 cm behind for the hoses and plug. Under a worktop you need at least 86 cm of clear height (the top isn’t removable). In front, allow about 100 cm of clear floor to open the door and unload.

It arrives in one piece, 66 kg plus packaging: the way in needs about 65 cm of clear width.

Who can buy it?

Customers with a delivery address in France: it is ordered on our French page, in euros. We can’t deliver it to the UK.

Can I stack a tumble dryer on it?

No. It already dries, and it isn’t designed to take another machine on top.

Can it go under my worktop?

Yes, if the gap is at least 60 cm wide and 86 cm high. The top can’t be removed.

What plumbing does it need?

A cold-water supply with a 3/4 in tap fitted with a check valve (EN 61770), and a drain: a standpipe or a sink-trap spigot.

What plug does it have?

A French (Schuko) plug, 220-240 V.

Do you install it?

No: we deliver it to the room of your choice. Remove the transit bolts and have it connected by a plumber or a competent person.

Will you take my old machine away?

Yes, free, when we deliver the new one (1-for-1 take-back). Have it disconnected and drained.

How long does delivery take?

How much energy does drying use?

Washing only: 40 kWh per 100 cycles (class A). Washing and drying: 253 kWh per 100 cycles (class C).

What guarantee do I get?

Fabric One is responsible for the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity; Whirlpool adds a 24-month manufacturer guarantee in the EU. Spare parts: [TBC: availability period].

Delivery

Returns

Secure payment

Changing your mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. We refund you within 14 days of getting it back, or of your proof that you have sent it, including the standard delivery charge you paid.

If something is faulty

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something arrives faulty or damaged, you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days. After that, we will repair or replace it, or refund you if that is not possible. We pay the return costs for faulty items. Contact us with photos as soon as you can.

Returns and refunds

Tell us you are cancelling by email or phone. Items should be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. Because of their size, most furniture returns are collected rather than posted back; we arrange this with you. If you change your mind, the return cost is yours to pay. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Smaller items are sent by courier and usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days; larger pieces usually take 7 to 14 working days. Large items are delivered by two people, to the room of your choice. The delivery cost is shown at checkout, before you pay.

Your statutory rights

Every product is covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing in our terms takes them away.
