Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you to confirm, after payment has been taken. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, and will refund you in full if that happens.
Prices
All prices on this English site are in pounds sterling (GBP). FABRIC ONE LTD is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added at checkout. Delivery charges are shown before you pay.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.

Product descriptions
We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on screen. Contact us before ordering if an exact measurement or finish matters to you.
