Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us at contact@
Sending an item back
After telling us you are cancelling, you have a further 14 days to send the item back. Items should be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. Because of their size, most furniture returns are collected rather than posted back; we arrange this with you.
If you change your mind, the cost of returning the item is yours to pay. Returns address: 2 St Peter's Street, Huddersfield, HD1 1LN.
Refunds
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof that you have sent it), to your original payment method. The refund includes the standard delivery charge you paid.
Faulty or damaged items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something arrives faulty or damaged, you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days. After that, we will repair or replace it, or refund you if that is not possible. Contact us with photos as soon as you can. We pay the return costs for faulty items.
