Will it fit?
It needs a space at least 60 cm wide, 55 cm deep and 85 cm high. Leave 2 to 3 cm behind for the hoses and the cable. Under a worktop you need at least 85 cm of clear height (the top isn't removable). In front, allow about 1 m of clear floor to open the door (102 cm deep when open).
It arrives in one piece, 58 kg out of the box: the way in needs about 65 cm of clear width.

Who can buy it?
Customers with a delivery address in France: it is ordered on our French page, in euros. We can't deliver it to the UK.
Can it wash and dry in one go?
Yes, up to 5 kg: choose a programme with drying and it dries straight after the wash. Up to 8 kg in washing only.
Does it need Wi-Fi?
No. It works fully from its own panel; Wi-Fi and the ConnectLife app are optional.
Can it go under my worktop?
Yes, if the gap is at least 60 cm wide and 85 cm high. The top can't be removed.
Do you install it?
No: we deliver it to the room of your choice. Remove the transit bolts and connect the water and the drain (or have a plumber do it).
Will you take my old machine away?
Yes, free, when we deliver the new one (1-for-1 take-back). Have it disconnected and drained.
How long does delivery take?
100% free delivery in 3 days. We confirm the date by email within 2 working days and book a two-person slot with you.
What guarantee do I get?
Fabric One is responsible for the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity; Hisense adds a 2-year manufacturer guarantee. Spare parts are available for 14 years after the end of production (supplier data).

- Changing your mind
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. We refund you within 14 days of getting it back, or of your proof that you have sent it. Delivery was free, so there is no delivery charge to refund.
- If something is faulty
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something arrives faulty or damaged, you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days. After that, we will repair or replace it, or refund you if that is not possible. We pay the return costs for faulty items. Contact us with photos as soon as you can.

Tell us you are cancelling by email or phone. Items should be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. Because of their size, most furniture returns are collected rather than posted back; we arrange this with you. If you change your mind, the return cost is yours to pay.
