Orders and payment
Can I order now?
Yes. Add pieces to your basket and pay on Stripe’s secure checkout page. You see your order number right after paying.
How will I pay?
By card through Stripe’s secure payment page. We never see or store your card details. [TBC: wallets offered, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay]
Do prices include VAT?
FABRIC ONE LTD is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added at checkout.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
UK addresses only.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Smaller items usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days, larger pieces in 7 to 14 working days. The delivery cost is shown at checkout, before you pay. See Delivery.
Returns
Can I change my mind?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. See Returns.
Something arrived damaged. What do I do?

Are the photos real?
The product photos show the actual items. Some room scenes, including a few on product pages, are computer-generated illustrations.
