Track an order
Enter your order number and the email address or delivery postcode you ordered with.
Your order number is on the page you see after paying and in your confirmation email.
How an order travels
Five stages from payment to your door. Look up your order to see which one it has reached.
Order placed
You pay on Stripe’s secure checkout page and get an order number starting with FO-. We send an order confirmation by email.
Confirmed
We check your order and prepare it for dispatch. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days for smaller items and 7 to 14 working days for larger pieces.
Dispatched
Smaller items go by courier; larger pieces go by pallet carrier on a booked delivery slot. When the carrier gives a tracking link, you will find it here.
Out for delivery
The carrier is bringing it to you. Large items are delivered by two people, to the room of your choice.
Delivered
Check your item. If something is damaged or wrong, tell us with photos. Your 14 days to change your mind start from delivery.
