Will it fit?

As a sofa it needs 147 × 82 cm of floor. As a bed, keep 196 cm clear from the wall to the foot, plus room to walk round. It arrives flat-packed in two boxes, so it goes through a standard UK internal door (76 cm wide) and you assemble it in the room. Box sizes: [TBC: box sizes].

Measure the narrowest point on the way in (front door, hall turn, stairs) and compare it with the box sizes.

How big is the bed?

147 × 196 cm overall, including the arms. We are confirming the exact sleeping surface and will show it here.

How do I turn it into a bed?

Take off the back cushions and roll the base forward on its four castors. To go back, push it in.

Is it comfortable enough for every night?

It is designed as a sofa that sleeps guests. The seat and bed are high-density foam on a metal frame; we don’t claim it replaces a mattress for nightly use.

How do I clean it?

Wipe with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Don’t use strong chemicals. Blot spills straight away; don’t rub velvet.

Do I have to assemble it?

Yes. It comes in two boxes with instructions. Two people, about an hour.

Will it arrive in one delivery?

It ships as two parcels, which can arrive on different days. We tell you when each is on its way.

How long does delivery take?

Can I change my mind?

Secure payment

Card payments are taken on Stripe’s secure hosted checkout page. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our site, and we never see or store them.

Changing your mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. We refund you within 14 days of getting it back, or of your proof that you have sent it, including the standard delivery charge you paid.

If something is faulty

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something arrives faulty or damaged, you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days. After that, we will repair or replace it, or refund you if that is not possible. We pay the return costs for faulty items. Contact us with photos as soon as you can.

Returns and refunds

Tell us you are cancelling by email or phone. Items should be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. Because of their size, most furniture returns are collected rather than posted back; we arrange this with you. If you change your mind, the return cost is yours to pay. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Smaller items are sent by courier and usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days; larger pieces usually take 7 to 14 working days. Large items are delivered by two people, to the room of your choice. The delivery cost is shown at checkout, before you pay.

Your statutory rights

Every product is covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing in our terms takes them away.
