Will it fit?

It needs a space at least 60 cm wide, 60 cm deep and 85 cm high, plus a few centimetres behind for the hoses and plug. In front, allow about 120 cm of clear floor to open the door and pull the baskets out.

It arrives in one piece: the way in needs about 65 cm of clear width.

Who can buy it?

Customers with a delivery address in France: it is ordered on our French page, in euros. We can’t deliver it to the UK.

What size is it? Will it fit?

59.8 cm wide, 60 cm deep and 84.5 cm high: the standard size of a 60 cm freestanding dishwasher. Allow a space of at least 60 × 60 cm and 85 cm high, close to the water supply, drain and socket.

Is it noisy?

40 dB(A) on the eco programme, noise class B (A to D scale), per the official energy label. A Night programme is there for late loads.

How much does it use?

Energy class A: 54 kWh per 100 eco cycles (0.543 kWh per cycle) and 9.5 litres of water per eco cycle. Real use depends on how it is used and on water hardness.

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?

100% free delivery in 3 days, in France only: nothing is added at checkout. We confirm the date by email and book a two-person slot with you.

Do you install it?

No: we deliver it to the room of your choice, not installed or connected. Connect it yourself or ask a plumber or a competent person. It needs a water tap, a drain and an earthed socket.

Can I return it?

Yes, 14 days from delivery to change your mind, even if unpacked. If it has been connected and used, we may deduct the cost of cleaning and restoring it. Damaged or faulty: return at our cost.

What guarantee do I get?

Fabric One is responsible for the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. Midea states a guarantee of at least 24 months on the official product sheet.

Changing your mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. We refund you within 14 days of getting it back, or of your proof that you have sent it. Delivery was free, so there is no delivery charge to refund.

If something is faulty

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something arrives faulty or damaged, you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days. After that, we will repair or replace it, or refund you if that is not possible. We pay the return costs for faulty items. Contact us with photos as soon as you can.

Returns and refunds

Tell us you are cancelling by email or phone. Items should be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. Because of their size, most furniture returns are collected rather than posted back; we arrange this with you. If you change your mind, the return cost is yours to pay. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, in 3 days. Smaller items are sent by courier, larger pieces by pallet carrier. Large items are delivered by two people, to the room of your choice. Delivery is 100% free: nothing is added at checkout.

Every product is covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing in our terms takes them away.
