Can I order now?
Yes. Add pieces to your basket and pay on Stripe’s secure checkout page. You see your order number right after paying.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, and we refund you within 14 days of getting the item back.
Something arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us with photos as soon as you can. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days.
